After submitting all required information regarding registration, you will receive and e-mail from zarisilk.com confirming your registration with us. If you want to modify any submitted information, first do ‘login’ on website and then you can change the information |

I have forgotten my password. What should I do now? |

If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Login’ link and then click on ‘Forget Password’ link. The next page will ask you your e-mail address and then our fully automated online system will send you e-mail at the submitted e-mail address, then check your inbox by logging in to your e-mail, there you will find a e-mail verification link, click on that link, which will redirect you to our website and then you will get another e-mail from us where you will find the new password.
Note: We do not keep any password with us because the password which you get is encoded (cannot be seen/read) with the world’s highest encryption methods as we take customer’s privacy strongly. If you want your password again then the recent password cannot be sent because it is encoded and auto-generated by our system, so we can send you new password.
You can also change your password anytime whenever you want.

For that, you will have to let us know the product code of which embroidery will be copied/modified as per your requirements then we will provide you amount to paid and after placing order/making payment, give us full detailed information whichever we ask and measurement.

No, it is not necessary to submit your measurement while shopping. You can also submit it later on or you can also e-mail us your detailed measurement/instructions after placing the order to stitch the purchased item(s). |

Yes, some of the pre-stitched products can be altered as per the requirement depends on the measurement. |

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items depending on the destination country. If you place more/bigger order (many items per order), you save the shipping charges. |

Saree’s standard length is 5.30 meters to 5.50 meters (550 centimeters) and width is approx. 1.11 meters (110 centimeters) excluding blouse (top) fabric size i.e. 1 meter extra. |

We ship items from 2 to 25 days depends on the availability of the items. If item(s) is ready in stock then we can ship the same within 2 days and if not ready then it may take about 25 days to be shipped. |

Yes, we ship the same items, but sometimes with very slight colour variation which is same as originally shown. Usually, colour always varies from your monitor to processed product because it is natural and beyond control.

First of all you need to login on our website only then you can make shopping list/cart. Contents of your shopping list are remembered for next 15 days then the data will be automatically deleted from your login’s shopping cart. We will e-mail you whenever your shopping list’s time comes to be completed.
We do not save shopping list information in Cookies* onto your computer.
