However, colours may slightly vary from the item shown on the website because the shown item is the masterpiece when it was digitally photographed with lights and lighting effects which makes an impression in photography. Almost all products (sarees, salwar-kameez and lehanga-cholis) are hand made and go through the complete manual processes (for instance dyeing, embroidery etc.). Moreover, the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer monitor and its display could effect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered on this website.
Described values (like- colour, weight, embroidery detail) of the product are approximately same. We are committed to ship you the exact same product, however in some circumstances which are away from of our control so we may send you alike/similar/alternate/replacement item but only after receiving approval from your end, as customer’s satisfaction is much more important for us.

You may return or exchange ZariSilk.com products only after informing genuine reasons to order department. Do call us at above given contact numbers or email us at return@zarisilk.com within 48 hours of received of goods. Custom made / specially ordered or modified with specific measurement products cannot be returned or exchanged, which please note.
Package / product(s) to be returned should be in original packaging. Used products are not eligible.
Stitching and Shipping charges will not be refunded. An amount of approx. 5% to 10% will be deducted from the purchase price. Money will be returned back once we have received the products in undamaged position (without any deterioration) and passed by our Quality Check Department.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return when you mail your package. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. As soon as we receive your returned item we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
